The top seat is suitable from birth up to 20kgs.
How do I wash/clean the fabrics on my stroller?
Removable fabric covers and trims may be cleaned using warm water with a household soap or mild detergent. Allow it to dry fully, preferably away from the direct sunlight.
Non removable fabric covers and trims may be spot cleaned using a damp sponge with soap or a mild detergent. Allow it to dry completely before folding or storing it away.
How many recline positions does the second seat on the Strider have?
The second seat has three recline positions, including the folded position.
Can the Strider Compact carry 17kg or 20kg?
The top seat of the Strider Compact has a weight limited to 20kgs. Where as, the second seat has a weight limited to 17kgs.
Does the Unity Capsule fit on the Strider Plus Compact?
The Unity approved to the 2010 series is compatible with the addition of the Strider Click & Go recievers and the Unity Click & Go Adaptors. A Unity approved to the 2013 series requires the addition of the Strider Click & Go receivers only.

Will the Strider Compact fit through a standard doorway?
The width of the Strider Compact is 625mm. A standard doorway is 780mm.
What is the width of the Strider Plus?
The width of the Strider Plus is 700mm.
Is the Strider PLUS the same as the Britax B-READY Stroller?
No, the frame configuration for the B-READY is different to the Strider Compact range.
Can you use a stroller as a normal bassinet for the newborn to sleep in at night time?
Strollers are not recommended for overnight use and infants should be supervised whilst using any stroller.
Is the stroller suitable for a newborn or do I need the travel system?
All Steelcraft layback strollers/prams are suitable for use with a newborn. A bassinet is an optional extra.
Is the Steelcraft Cruiser Infant Carrier compatible with any of the Strider prams?
Yes, the Cruiser Infant Carrier is compatible with all prams that also fit the Steelcraft Infant Carrier.

No, the second seat is not compatible with a bootcover.
I have a stroller and the harness clips have snapped so I was wondering how I go about getting a new set?

Can my Steelcraft Stroller take a buggy board/toddler stand?
We do not have any toddler/buggy boards available. Baby retailer stores may sell universal boards however, we do not recommend this is used on your stroller as the unit has not been tested to hold the extra weight on the back of your stroller.
The wheels on my Agile/Agile Plus are sticking and not turning properly, what does this mean?
They may just need to be cleaned, please remove your wheels from the frame, clean the shaft and axel and use a small amount of silicone gel on the axel. If you are still experiencing this problem, please call our Customer Service Department on 1300 303 330 for more information on this.
The foot rest is broken on my Strider Stroller, what do I do?
You can purchase replacement foot rest brackets direct from Britax but you need to have access to a pop rivot gun, because of such we recommend you have this part properly fitted by an authorised Britax repair agent which we can discuss further with you. Can I leave the Click & Go stroller adaptors in my Unity infant car seat?
Yes the Unity is tested and certified with stroller adaptors.
